Quick start

Invite/remove a Member

The Members of your Workspace will manage Portfolios, create Vaults and Web3 Wallets, approve transactions, initiate trades, and perform various other actions.

Invite a Member

As a Workspace Admin, you're the one tasked with inviting members. The principle is the same, whether they have a Qredo Profile or have yet to create one:

  1. Log in to Qredo and navigate to your Workspace.

  2. Select Members & Roles from the menu to the left.

  3. Click Invite Members in the top-right corner of the screen.

  4. Enter the email address of the person you'd like to invite.

  5. Select the Role you want to assign to them (you can edit the Member roles later).

  6. (Optional) Click + Add another Member to add more members at once.

  7. Go to Send invites to send them out. In the Members & Roles menu, you'll see a list of the newly-invited members. Their status will show as PENDING until they've accepted your invite.

Remove a Member

To remove Members from a Workspace:

  1. Log in to Qredo and navigate to your Workspace.

  2. Select Members & Roles from the menu to the left.

  3. Select the Member(s) you wish to remove by checking the box to the left of their name.

  4. Select Remove Members and confirm.

Important: A Workspace Member has to be removed from all Policies first. Learn more: Manage Policies.

Edit roles

To edit roles of a Member:

  1. Log in to Qredo and navigate to your Workspace.

  2. Select Members & Roles from the menu to the left.

  3. Click the three-dot menu to the right of the Member.

  4. Click Edit Roles.

  5. Add or remove roles and confirm.

Important: If you wish to remove a Member's role that is required for governance, first you need to remove this Member from all Policies. Learn more: Manage Policies.
