Error 426 - Upgrade Required

During the restoration of your Qredo account, if you encounter Error 426 - Upgrade Required, that means that your account was migrated to the new version of the platform, New Qredo.

Start by checking if your Qredo Signing app up-to-date. Once you have confirmed this, you can go ahead and start the process of restoring your Qredo account again.


In case you see these two options when initiating the account restoration process:

  • “No, I have not taken any steps to upgrade to New Qredo”

  • “Yes, I have already been upgraded to New Qredo”

Please choose the second one as your account has been migrated already.
