Why does my withdrawal from Qredo show as completed but isn't visible at the external destination?

Transactions on the Qredo chain occur almost instantaneously - assets are sent immediately. However, having the assets arrive to a layer 1 destination (eg. exchange) can take a while and depends on various third-party factors outside of Qredo. Here are some things you can do while you wait:

• Patience is key - depending on the layer 1 destination you're moving your assets to, it can take up to 24 hours for the transaction to complete (on the receiving side)

• Check your transaction on Etherscan

• Contact the receiving side (layer 1)
