Account FAQ
What's the Qredo PIN and how do I change it?
The Qredo PIN is one of three essential parts of the Qredo Signing App. It's attached to your Profile and adds another layer of security to your Qredo Identity.
When making Signing App authorizations on your mobile device, you'll be asked to enter the 6-digit PIN twice.
Even though each user chooses their own PIN, which can be any combination of exactly 6 digits, it's recommended that you select different PINs for each Qredo Profile and that you avoid using simple, easily guessable numeric passcodes (000000, 111111, 123456, 654321, etc.)
If you fail to enter the correct PIN three times when signing into your Qredo Profile, your Profile will be blocked. If this happens, follow the flow to create a new PIN. If you've forgotten your PIN, use the Forgotten PIN button in your Qredo Signing App.
If you have forgotten your PIN or you want to change it:
Open the Qredo Signing App.
Tap the hamburger menu in the upper-right corner of the screen and select Forgotten PIN.
Enter your email address and you will receive a verification code in your inbox.
Enter the email verification code into the appropriate field within the Signing App and you will be able to reset your PIN.
