Archive/Unarchive Portfolios, Vaults, and Web3 Wallets
If you currently/no longer need a Vault, Web3 Wallet, or an entire Portfolio, you can archive it. This will render it inactive, but you’ll be able to view the list of your archived Vaults/Web3 Wallets/Portfolios and quickly unarchive any of them.
Archive a Portfolio
Log in to Qredo and go to the Workspace the Portfolio is located in.
Navigate to the Holdings section in the left-hand menu.
Select the Portfolio you wish to Archive and navigate to the three-dot Actions menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
Click Archive Portfolio in the drop-down menu.
Authorize this request using the Qredo Signing App (you’ll be prompted automatically) and wait for your Approvers to meet the set threshold (if any).
Alternatively, you can Archive a Portfolio from the Holdings view by opening the three-dot Actions menu on the far right of the Portfolio’s row and clicking Archive Portfolio.
Archive a Vault/Web3 Wallet
Log in to Qredo and go to the Workspace → Portfolio with the Vault/Web3 Wallet in question.
Navigate to the Holdings section in the left-hand menu and select the appropriate Portfolio.
Select the Vault/Web3 Wallet you wish to Archive and navigate to the three-dot Actions menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
Click Archive Vault or Archive Web3 Wallet in the drop-down menu.
Authorize this request using the Qredo Signing App (you’ll be prompted automatically) and wait for your Approvers to meet the set threshold (if any).
Alternatively, you can Archive a Vault/Web3 Wallet from the Portfolio view by opening the three-dot Actions menu on the far right of the Vault’s/Web3 Wallet’s row and clicking Archive Vault or Archive Web3 Wallet.
Unarchive Porfolio/Vaul/Web3 Wallet
Log in to Qredo and navigate to Holdings in the left-hand menu.
Navigate to the three-dot Actions menu in the upper-right corner of the screen and select View archives.
Find the Portfolio/Web3 Wallet/Vault you wish to unarchive and select it.
Select Unarchive.
