Managing Passwords#

How do I update my password?#

If you are already signed into the Qredo Web App and want to update your password then do the following:

  1. Click on your initials at the top right of the screen to open your Profile.

  2. Select Profile Settings.

  3. Click Change.

  4. Enter your Current Password then enter your new password in the Set Password field.

  5. Confirm Password by entering it again and click Continue.

  6. A notification should arrive to your Signing App. Sign in to Authorize and Confirm the change.

  7. A further confirmation of successful password change is sent via email and to the Signing App.

Tapping Approvals in the Qredo Web App lets you track previous password changes.

How do I reset my forgotten password?#

If you have forgotten your Qredo Web App password, you can reset it by doing the following:

  1. From the Qredo Web App login, select Forgotten Password and enter your email address.

  2. You are now sent a validation code by email. This must be used within 24 hours.

  3. In the Verify Email screen, enter the validation code you received and click Submit.

  4. On the Change Password screen, enter your new password.

  5. Confirm Password by entering it again and click Continue.

  6. A notification should arrive to your Signing App. Sign in to Authorize and Confirm the change.

  7. A further confirmation of successful password change is sent via email and to the Signing App.

For all other changes contact Support from the web app.

Personal Account#

  1. Select your Profile from the top right of the screen.

  2. Select Settings to vivew or modify Profile details and view Account Information.

Organization Account#

  1. Select your Profile from the top right of the screen.

  2. Select the Organization you want to manage.

  3. Select Settings to view or modify Profile details and view or modify Organization account details.
